Additional fee for e-payment. 4) We do not fix or finish other artists tattoos. 5) Please come prepared to your appointment by eating beforehand, drinking water, and bringing comfortable clothes for cold or hot weather. 6) You must be 18 or older to get tattooed. *Whitey does not book appointments for clocks, compasses, justice scales, angels, crosses, clouds, wings, stairways, badges, logos, flags, maps, baby portraits, baby footprints, spartans, muscle men, sports, anime, tribal, traditional Japanese, small or matching tattoos.
